Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers to the questions our customers ask most often.

Do you service older or classic BMW models?

Yes. We service both modern high-tech models and classic BMWs.

How often should my BMW be serviced?

Every 10,000 km to 15,000 km or once every 12 months, whichever comes first.

Will I get a price quote before work begins?

Always. We provide full, transparent quotes for your approval before starting any service or repair—no hidden costs.

Do you use genuine BMW parts?

Yes. We use genuine BMW OEM parts and carefully selected, factory-approved quality parts to ensure reliable performance, durability, and the best fit for your vehicle.

Will servicing here void my manufacturer warranty?

Under Australian Consumer Law, using an independent specialist with OEM parts keeps your factory warranty 100% valid.

Do you service other brands or only BMW?

We service BMW vehicles exclusively. Our workshop, tools, and expertise are 100% focused on BMW engineering.

Can I test drive the vehicle?

Yes. Please contact us to arrange a test drive appointment.

What does WOVR mean?

WOVR stands for Written-Off Vehicle Register. Repairable vehicles in WA must pass strict government inspections before being re-licensed. Once licensed, they can generally be insured like a normal vehicle with major insurers such as RAC. The written-off history remains recorded and may affect resale value.

Can I arrange an independent inspection?

Yes. You are welcome to organise your own independent inspection for added peace of mind.

Are your vehicles serviced and inspected before sale?

Yes. Every vehicle undergoes an engine oil & oil filter service, full mechanical check, and comprehensive safety inspection prior to being offered for sale. Any major issues identified are addressed before the vehicle is presented for sale.

Do you offer extended warranty options?

Yes. Extended warranty options are available through Integrity Warranty for added peace of mind. Coverage options and terms can be discussed at the time of purchase.

Do you only work on BMW vehicles?

Yes, we deliberately kept our focus to BMW only, so the whole team knows the platform in depth instead of spreading across multiple brands.

Can I get a quote before booking?

Yes. Call us on 0488992299 or send a message through the form and describe the issue, and we'll give you a rough estimate before you commit to anything.

Do I need to leave my car for the whole day?

It depends on the job. A routine logbook service usually takes a few hours, while diagnostic or repair work may need the full day. We'll give you a realistic timeframe when you book.

How far in advance should I book?

A week's notice is usually enough for a standard service. If it's urgent, such as a warning light or an unusual noise, call us directly and we'll try to fit you in sooner.
